Bulk (media mail) Mailing: $40.00/year - delivery by the post office may be 1 month or more after publication
First Class Mailing: $54.00/year
Canadian/Mexican Mailing: $56.00/year
Overseas Mailing: $76.00/year
Additional Copies of Newsletter (if available) are $10.00 mailed First class. Multiple copy discounts.
DCA Members: Domestic mail is sent at bulk mail (media mail) rates. To receive via first class mail please send $14.00 with your dues in January.

AD SPECIFICATIONS: All layout and design is done digitally (free for DCA members) on a Macintosh platform. Trim size: 8.5"x11" Live area: 7.5"x10.1875" "Camera-Ready" Advertising: Only high resolution (minimum 300 ppi) CMYK PDF/X-3: 2002 files, with fonts embedded will be accepted.
Please call the editor for more production details if needed.
PAYMENT: Checks and Money Orders, payable to DCA, Inc. must accompany all advertising copy, including commercial advertising. Credit Card information must include type of Credit Card, number, holder's name, address, phone number and expiration date or pay with Pay Pal below.
